Yarrh White Wines

Riesling is the queen of white wines, and the queen of our vineyard.  Extraordinarily resiliant to changing conditions, she keeps on giving, a joy to make, and "classic Canberra" is our style.

Sauvignon Blanc is our other white, and went you ferment it with the skins it becomes a different beast - Mr Natural.  Makes our luscious Late Harvest too, when allowed to ripen beyond the visually appeasing...

FInally, our "white wine" lineup is completed with that red drinker's white wine - Rose.  Made from Cabernet Sauvignon with mere hours of skin contact, this is a beautifully dry and herbaceous drink.
