2006 Sangiovese - sold out

A dry medium body wine with perfumed aromas of cherry and spice. This continues on the palate with a hint of cigarbox, smooth silky tannins and a savoury finish. Cellar carefully for up to 5 years.

2007 Pinot Noir

A light bodied wine with a  morello cherry, berry nose and a hint of forest floor. These flavours are complimented by silky soft, slightly drying tannins. It will develop further complexity and gaminess with careful cellaring over the next few years.

2008 Riesling

This award winning wine has fresh floral, lime and flint on the nose. The palate is dry, crisp and clean with citrus flavours. It has excellent acidity and will age gracefully

2008 Sauvignon Blanc

 

A wine with zing. It is bursting with the perfume of lifted tropical fruit characters with a hint of grassiness.  The palate is clean and long with a refreshing finish

2006 Shiraz

A multi award winning wine, with ripe plum, liquorice and spice on the nose. This flows through to the palate and is enhanced by a touch of cedar. The tannins are velvety with a smooth mouth feel sensation. Cellar carefully for up to 5 years

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

A full bodied wine with ripe plum, blackberry and dusty characters on the nose. This continues onto the palate with layers of juicy fruit flavours and firm tannins giving the palate length and persistence. Cellar carefully for up to 6 years.

2006 Cabernet Shiraz

A 70/30 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, this wine has aromas of blackberry and spice and a note of dustiness. The Shiraz has tempered the firm tannins of the Cabernet and added richness to the palate. The tannins are fine and persistent. Great for drinking now or cellar for 4-5 years.

 

2007 Rosé

A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this dry Rosé has aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is fresh and crisp with a clean finish. Drink slightly chilled.
