Last November, during the Wine, Roses and all that Jazz Festival, we advertised kite flying, expecting some families with kids to show up and have some fun. Nothing much happened until after lunch when a quietly spoken man asked if he could move his car into the kite flying area as he had some big kites to fly. Look what happened!
