Summer is here or to be more precise the Summer of Riesling is here. As part of the Summer of Riesling initiative (which is to drink more Riesling) Yarrh is dedicating its February lunch to Riesling (almost). We are dusting off some older Rieslings from the cellar to have along side the current 2010 release. Evelyn from Country Guesthouse Schonegg and Fiona have put together some sumptuious dishes to showcase Riesling and its not all seafood!
