Yarrh Wines is a family owned business dedicated to producing exceptional cool climate wines, and a truly exceptional experience for visitors.

Our winery boasts a contemporary rammed earth and straw bale design that incorporates some unusual features. To ensure ideal temperature conditions, our cellar is buried into the hill and our winemaking area uses a passive
solar design.

Fiona Wholohan, our chief winemaker, believes these design features ensure the perfect conditions for our wine to mature and allow us to create wines of
great complexity.

Located in a natural bushland setting, our cellar door provides a spectacular panoramic view of our 6-hectare vineyard, the Yass River Valley and the abundant native wildlife.

So come and visit us at Yarrh and enjoy our award-winning wines in an

Opening hours

We are open Saturday, Sunday and public holidays , 11am–5pm

We close for July and August.
